St David’s Caravan Sites
and the surrounding area
Rhosson Ganol caravan and camping site (SA62 6PY) is situated on the tip of the St Davids peninsular, with breathtaking views over Ramsey Island.
We are a two minute walk from the coastal path at St Justinian, where the new RNLI lifeboat station is situated. Boat trips depart from the old lifeboat station slipway for trips around Ramsey Island which is a RSPB nature reserve.
We are a five minute walk from the beach at porthselau, or a five minute drive from Whitesands beach which has blue flag status. Alternatively you can avoid parking worries and catch the 'Celtic coaster' bus which passes the site entrance every hour between 9am-6pm. The bus route takes in Whitesands beach, and Britain's smallest city, St Davids, with its spectacular Cathedral and Bishop's Palace.
In St Davids there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars for your entertainment. The bus route also takes in Porthclais harbour, where the coasteering and kayaking activities take place.
